#8 - A few POSTURE gems I learned while preparing for my first lecture of 2019.
I was mid preparing for my first lecture of 2019 and I wanted to share with you all some of the fascinating and interesting things I learned in my preparation. I still get nervous for official speeches and talks, but it’s something I KNOW that I need to get amazing at so I’m going to do as many as I can and get as talented as I can.
