8-Bit Eric on Odysee

Can you REALLY get your Nintendo Switch 2 banned just by using a used Switch 1 cartridge?

According to a tech YouTuber, that’s exactly what happened after buying Bayonetta 3 off eBay—his Switch 2 was instantly banned from online. And the reason? That cart may have been previously dumped using a MIG Switch, triggering Nintendo's new anti-piracy detection system.

In this video, I break down:

What the MIG Switch actually does

How Nintendo might detect “dirty” cartridges

Why used games could be riskier than ever

And whether this is fair to everyday gamers

People are actually grading Game Key Cards for Switch 2 games… and it’s getting out of control. A sealed copy of Street Fighter 6 just got a 9.9 rating — despite being a Game Key Card with expiring DLC codes and no full game on cartridge. In this video, we break down why this is ridiculous, what it means for collectors, and how this trend could ruin physical media forever.

If you're sick of anti-consumer practices and digital-only nonsense, this one's for you. Let’s talk about why grading Game Key Cards might be the worst idea in modern gaming.

Nintendo just made a massive change to Mario Kart World… and it's BAD. The new update broke the “Random” track selection, forcing players into repetitive intermission tracks instead of the classic three-lap courses we all love. If you’ve been wondering why online races suddenly feel off — this is why. In this video, I break down everything wrong with the new system, how it affects casual and competitive play, and why this could be the worst update Mario Kart has ever seen.

This video is a warning to all players — Nintendo needs to fix this before they lose the core fun that made Mario Kart so addicting. If you’re frustrated too, you’re not alone.

I gave Alyssa Mercante the benefit of the doubt — and it blew up in my face. If you’re following the Smash lawsuit or curious about the real story behind Alyssa’s latest meltdown, this video is a MUST WATCH.

From a polite DM request to a total unhinged meltdown, I break down exactly how Alyssa weaponizes empathy, controls the narrative, and tries to silence anyone who won’t play by her rules. This isn’t just Smash drama — it’s a lesson on toxic behavior, power plays, and why you should never trust the public image at face value.

🔍 What you’ll learn:

The real reason Alyssa targeted me to remove my tweet

How she flips on people who show kindness

Why her “traumatized victim” act doesn’t add up

What this means for the Smash community and the lawsuit drama

And the biggest lesson about dealing with people who want power, not peace

If you’ve been confused by the back-and-forth in the Smash scene or wondering who to believe — this video clears it up.

Gaming journalism has hit a new low. In today’s video, we dive into one of the most absurd articles we've ever seen — a hit piece from The Gamer targeting Kingdom Hearts, claiming that Sora doesn’t understand love because of “compulsory heterosexuality.” Yes, really.

This isn’t just bad writing — it’s a perfect example of how woke gaming media continues to twist beloved characters like Sora and Link to push bizarre identity narratives no one asked for.

If you're tired of the constant attacks on classic games, if you’ve had enough of seeing Kingdom Hearts, Zelda, and even Mario reinterpreted through ideological nonsense, then this is a video you won’t want to miss.

🔥 Let’s talk about why gamers are fed up — and why this article might be the most ridiculous take yet.

💬 Do YOU think Sora was ever “confused” about love? Or is this just another example of gaming media trying to rewrite characters for clicks? Sound off in the comments.
