Here’s a quick tip that will revolutionize your dating life if you use it:

Ask men to call you on the phone before you agree to meet them.

Do this a couple message exchanges in, not after weeks of messages and texts.

Please, don’t let them text you on and on and on.

There’s so much that can go wrong with that and I’m not going to go into it here, but just try doing this and see how effective it is.

Just reply to a message he sends you with something like, “it would be so nice to chat on the phone and hear your voice” or if he’s asked for your number or to meet you, say “I’d love to! I’d feel way more comfortable if we spoke on the phone first and got to know each other a bit better”

You can do this. It might feel clunky at first but it gets better with practice.

Speaking on the phone uplevels your relationship immediately.

You’re not going to just drop everything and run out meeting random guys.

It raises the bar.

Will guys drop off, say they will call and then ghost, or refuse to call you?
