Women encounter Ageism at all ages - not just when we get older. There is also “Youngism” too. Turns out female leaders face age bias at every point in the age spectrum. 

A lot of ageism is also based on “Lookism”: biases based on how we look. 

Join us as we take a deeper look into our own experiences at opposite ends of the age spectrum and how Lookism and Ageism has affected us.
