I can’t stop crying. Since preparing for my last year of grad school and all of the body syncing I’ve been doing this summer has my body crying out and releasing during this retrograde. I’m crying about things that happened lifetimes ago, I cry when I’m out in public alone too long and instead of loathing it, I’m grateful my body is purging itself of pain I’ve been hellbent on holding on to. Holding onto pain isn’t fair to your body and I’m realizing that through these abrupt and random waves of tears. But there is beauty in pain and nothing but space and opportunities to communicate deeper with source that I’m ACTUALLY ready and willing to let go of any and everything to be available for what I’ve been praying for. It can all GO
