We all know that comparison does not serve us well. Comparison only leads us to negative thoughts about who we are and where we're currently at in life. Yet, somehow we all at some point find ourselves comparing, getting down on ourselves and struggling. This has been a hard hurdle for me to get over but I'm learning that practicing self-love, gratitude, strengthening our confidence, and celebrating others as well as ourselves are ways to begin to kick comparison to the curb.
