Hello friends, and welcome back.
For this week's meditation, we will practice mindfulness by observing our thoughts without judging them and simply letting them go. This exercise will help us to identity those thoughts and feelings that give us anxiety (or other negative emotions) that we may not even be aware of and detach ourselves from such thoughts and feelings so that we can reduce our anxiety and cultivate a healthier and happier mindset.
