She explains what self sabotage is, how to recognize it, and ways to stop it. We also discuss ways perfectionism and anxiety can show up in a self sabotage mindset. Additionally, Brittany provides some tips one can use daily to help ease anxiety and she also shares some suggestions on how to utilize the positive traits of perfectionism that will in turn help you complete your goals.
