Welcome back to another brain dump on your Thursday, third time lucky and we're on a roll. In this episode, Telina lets it rip about the value of having a coach, consultant, mentor (whatever tittle you want to call it) simply someone who has 'been there, felt that' and through personal experience willing to help you navigate through your own set backs to move forward in personal and/or business goals.  She opens up about another personal experience and shares a little story about the good old swipe-app, matching, getting naked, hitting a home run and discovering that secret sauce that only you have, all in 90 days of dating (aka giving your coach the permission to spank you with another perspective and help you pivot from feeling stuck to having unshakable belief in creating change). It's raw, unscripted and very Telina, so be prepared to laugh, cry, cringe and write down some notes because theres plenty of thought provoking questions that she throws at you, very deeply and suddenly.
