Today I am humbled to Switch the Sitch with Bridgeclimb Sydney Founding CEO Todd Coates. 

Todd and I talk about his leadership role as CEO of the world famous BridgeClimb Sydney across two decades from it’s origins.

We chew the fat on what great leadership means, especially when leading hundreds, and debate the age old tale of whether good leadership is nature or nurture.

Todd has now made the switch to mentoring others through The Executive Connection (TEC) as part of their peer advisory chair. Todd is now a coach, mentor and helps guide Business Owners, CEO's and CXO's to be great leaders of great organisations, and to be the best versions of themselves.
