It's not a big thing: A podcast for Solo Business Owners

8 | Using our niche to decide and design our networking — Mapping what resources we (have and) need through which relationships.

Listen Later

Hello and Welcome 👋

You’re most welcome to pop a squat in the growing conversation of constructing the Solo Business Experience. Here we build out part of the Strategic Direction (layer 2) and draw a line of sight to choosing the choice in our business network.

The importance of this conversation is to grow in our knowing that of all the business structures, Solo Businesses have the most finite resources of time, energy (and if it were Friday, Solo Business Human Kathy would say, F^#ks to give).

So, by knowing what we need and who we need to know (and who needs to know us) then we can really realise the lean mean business machines we are growing in the Solo Business space.

Until when, may your business days be ones of less WTF?! and more wonder in the ways they’re coming together to work better for you and your business.

Kathy.

* Data (this one was by faaaaaaar the biggest buzzed!)

* Thinking

* Decisions

* Autonomy
