Ingrid Fetell Lee is a Joy Seeker, Designer, and Author. She’s on a mission to help you create a more joyful life through design. She will guide you to find more joy that already exists all around you and also teach you how to create joy. Ingrid gave a brilliant Ted Talk called “Where joy hides and how to find it”, I highly recommend checking it out. In her book “Joyful”, she shares all you need to know in order to create external environments that give rise to inner joy. She views joy from a perspective that I don’t think most of us do, at least not consciously, and busts the doors wide open on how our physical environment has the ability to create massive joy.
