In this episode, I'll share how our brains get in the way of our ability to communicate, and the simple steps you can take to have hard conversations.
Pro tips: Figure out the best time and place. Try to talk face to face. Be brief and direct. Use "I" statements. Take a break if necessary. And remember they won't necessarily agree. But it sure feels good to get it out.
