Welby Broaddus  was born vision impaired and is legally blind. Too many times, he was told that he couldn't do certain things because of his impairment and yet today, he is a business owner and someone who gives back.

His book  "Leading Blind Without Vision: The Benefits of Hiring the Blind and Vision Impaired"  guides us to a community that is talented and all too often overlooked.
