Can you believe that Witchy Wellness Radio turns THREE YEARS OLD this year. Well, not until March but nonetheless we are excited! In in honor or celebrating, I’m (Loren) will be hosting my first solo show in over 1.5 years. Woah!

I’m sure you are ALL tired of hearing and seeing online some variation of, “new year, new me” crap. And yes while we could just love to declare and be done with it. Change doesn’t happen like that. We have to do the inner work, take action and most important incorporate health habits.

So this episode is inspired by my word of the year, Leadership. My personal definition of leadership is guiding self or others further than they thought was ever possible. As well as taking extreme ownership and radical responsibility not only for our lives and actions but for the root of it all, our energy.

As you guys may remember our show’s tagline, “Your body is not in the way but leading the way…” this episode will inspire and empower you to take action for where to lead yourself next.

My mission is to inspire and empower recovering perfectionist women that their bodies and emotions are not in the way but actually leading your way to unlimited health, wealth and happiness.  And I end the show with a little sneak peek of my new project with a little call to action from you guys.
