The traditional real estate model is comprised of thousands and thousands of individual agents working underneath a brokerage or franchise.  This forces that agent to be a jack of all trades and master of none.  This reduces the avg. sales per agent and their marketing dollars they can allocate to their clients.  That is why Nick in 2012 built his firm as a team.  Literally when you hire Nick and his team to buy or sell you get access to everyone in his firm.    Because they work together they sell more homes and have a marketing budget that dwarfs their competition giving their clients the MOST exposure possible so, their home sells faster for more money.
