Walking their dogs three years ago, sisters-in-law Laura Johnson and Zoe Proctor mused why there wasn't a specialist agency to represent disabled people in mainstream media and modelling. In that one walk, they hatched and launched Zebedee Management, a specialist talent agency representing people who until now have largely been excluded in the media including people with disabilities, or alternative appearance and more latterly trans/non binary.
