Today on the podcast Christie and Heather welcome Stuart White, President and CEO of Realtracs. Stuart started Realtracs more than 20 years ago and has grown it into the largest MLS in the state of Tennessee. Stuart ensures Realtracs supports and enhances a strong and cooperative real estate marketplace for brokers, buyers and sellers and deeply believes that using a Realtor to buy and sell a home is the key to maximizing property value. “Realtors are an incredibly important aspect of the life-changing decision of buying or selling a home. They care about their clients, they’re constantly working and intense in their needs, and they expect great service. It is my mission to deliver it to them.” Stuart thinks personal relationships with customers and a commitment to their success set Realtracs apart. Originally from Cadiz, Ky., Stuart graduated from Texas A&M University (Gig ’em, Aggies!). Both in the office and outside of it, Stuart’s focus is on giving back to the community. “If we’re not helping our neighbors, what’s the point?”
