A main opposition party lawmaker has recently alleged that Deloitte Anjin LLC fabricated the financial statements of Ssangyong Motor in 2009 in collusion with the carmaker`s then-management. Democratic Party Rep. Eun Soo-mi claimed that the Korean member firm of the New York City-based Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited may also have been implicated in the allegations of Ssangyong Motor`s irregular accounting.

제1야당의 한 의원이 최근， 딜로이트안진 회계법인이 2009년 당시 쌍용 사측과 짜고 쌍용자동차 재무보고서를 조작했다는 혐의를 제기했다. 은수미 민주당 의원은 뉴욕에 본사를 둔 딜로이트 투시 토마츠(DTTL)의 한국 회원사 역시 쌍용자동차의 회계부정 혐의에 연루됐다고 주장했다.

당시 쌍용차 외부감사로 있었던 이 회계법인은 쌍용차 경영진이 대규모 인력 해고를 정당화하기 위해 부채비율을 부풀리기 위한 시도를 못 본 척했을 수 있다고 은 의원은 주장했다. 은 의원은 한 라디오 프로그램에서 "지난 해 국회 청문회에서， 딜로이트안진회계법인의 한 직원은 이들(회계사 혹은 외부감사)이 기업 고객 경영진의 지시에 따라 작업을 수행한다고 했다，"고 말했다.
