This week’s podcast was a deeply helpful and enjoyable conversation with female embodiment and empowerment coach, Amy Natalie. I’ve actually been working with her as a coach, and one of my favorite things about her is her gift for teaching concepts and topics that can be complicated or a bit hard to grasp in a way that’s incredibly simple and digestible… and on top of that doing it with such warmth and grace you can’t help but almost feel hugged by her energy!

We dove into the topic of codependency and interdependence, and Amy Natalie broke down exactly how to work with yourself and your nervous system to insource some of the most important things we need, but often look externally for. Because it’s truly from this place of being so grounded in ourselves, that we can be grounding in partnership with another.
