Today we’ve got on Lheighton Cook. 

Lheighton is a father of 2 girls, and about to be a father of one boy, professional skateboarder, leader in The Squire Program, which is a father-son journey, where both father and son are taken through a 15-hour long ritual that will have a lasting impact on both of them for the rest of their lives. 

Lheighton has used his personal story, growing up without a present father, and finding the importance of male mentorship to build a platform - where he creates and shares content to help fathers step up and lead the way they are capable. 

Today Lheighton and I talk about:
