I spent a majority of last year overhauling our entire internal processes. This was a huge project that I knew would change the way my business was run for a more streamlined client experience for our clients and team. Since implementing these new processes, profit margins have gone up, client projects get completed quicker and there is basically no overwhelm when it comes to big projects. To do this massive system setup, I worked with Ellie Rogers who is our guest today! After an international corporate career and realising that employed life wasn’t for Ellie- She set up an online business built around the simple concept of systems and strategies for entrepreneurs.
