To judge or discern, whats the difference? Most of this is coming out of my conditioning, past experiences - my brain sorts the input information and I react instead of respond. Why do I do that? Where does that come from? This is why I blame and become a victim, the beasts does not want me to be responsible for the reaction, it does not want me to know there's another alternative.  This  also contains a rich group sharing on this topic.
