Unstuck... getting unstuck. That's the goal.
Thank you for using some of your valuable time to listen to my musical podcast, where each week we hear two songs, usually one old and one new. Here are two more songs! The first one appeared on the show before, in June of 2021, but I touched it up for today's episode... the second one is brand new... it's about getting unstuck. Both of these songs relate to depression but are somewhat lighthearted nonetheless.
The book that I talk about in today's episode is "Unstuck: Your Guide to the Seven-Stage Journey Out of Depression" by James S. Gordon, MD. I've only read the introduction so far and it already inspired a song... but I can't really vouch for the book yet.
To discuss commissioning a song (PERHAPS THE BEST WAY TO SUPPORT THE SHOW CURRENTLY) email me at [email protected] or call (FivForZeero)-746-0398
Be sure to check out episode 60: a 'sizzle reel' episode to encourage you to commission a song!
I recently released an album of love songs... it's called 'Before I Find Her' ... free to listen, but please do purchase it if you would be so kind: https://lightninglucas.bandcamp.com/music
