Nikki Lanigan is a yoga, HIIT and Barre instructor, as well as a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC. After being diagnosed at a young age with anxiety and OCD, she became attracted to wholistic practices to enhance her health and peace of mind. She started her own online business where she now helps burned out professionals prioritize their health and better manage stress.
