With all that’s going on in the world right now, it can be really hard to maintain a high frequency, and rightfully so.
Being in a low frequency is not necessarily a bad thing, but it does become problematic when it becomes persistent to the point of becoming your base frequency.
Our frequency has everything to do with how we experience the world around us and what we end up attracting into our lives.
