You have certain unalienable rights because you are a PERSON, no other reason needed. What you do NOT have are rights endowed upon you because you belong to a GROUP. You don't get special rights under the Constitution due to your race, skin color, nation of birth, sexual orientation, family status, or any other reason. Yet, many groups are trying to claim "rights" for their entire group, somehow believing that their status grants them permissions that others do not have.
