I’m so excited to share today’s episode with you all as I got to have a truly inspiring conversation with one of my favorite humans - Grace Emmons! Grace’s energy and essence just exudes warmth and radiates love and light - she truly feels like golden sunshine to listen to and be around!

I wanted talk about spirituality on this season, as for me, spirituality that has slowly - after a lot of healing post the religious trauma I have from being raised in a cult - been re-becoming a deeply foundation piece to who I am and how think + be.

And I wanted to have today’s conversation with Grace as I couldn’t think of a better person than someone with degrees in both bioengineering and psychology who yet is also a Reiki master and one of the most deeply spiritual person I know!
