My first night with Mother Ayahuasca was a disappointing experience, at first. I had to sit in all kinds of ugly feelings: disappointment, self-hate, jealousy, resentment, ALL of the negative emotions. Naturally, I thought about quitting several times throughout the ceremony. However, I soon realized that this plant medicine journey was unlike anything else I'd ever experienced. I'm hopeful that the lessons I learned will be able to help you in your own healing journey.
