1. Define The Problem
2. Collect Info & Analyze - Define knowns & unknowns, identify components
3. Verify - What's true? What's working?
4. Propose & Test Solution - Hypothesis. Start easy and work to hard.
5. Repeat If Necessary - May be more than one problem
