GYDE, an open-source, web-based platform designed to facilitate
collaborative drug discovery by integrating complex computational tools into an accessible interface. Developed by researchers at Genentech, the platform allows bench scientists to easily use
AI models for protein and antibody design without needing extensive coding knowledge. By streamlining the
sequence-structure-function relationship, the software enables users to visualize molecular data, predict structures, and analyze experimental results within a single environment. Case studies demonstrate its utility in
antibody engineering, protein stability optimization, and the design of novel binders for therapeutic targets. Ultimately,
GYDE aims to democratize access to advanced
machine learning resources, fostering faster innovation and interdisciplinary teamwork in protein science.
