83. What Gets In The Way Of You Actually Getting Results

Listen Later

Knowledge is power, and there’s a natural inclination to share what you know with your audience. But are you genuinely integrating and embodying the thing that you’re teaching others? Because when you are a living and breathing example of what you teach, people will trust you that much more. This is where authentic leadership and authority come from.

In this episode, I break down the biggest reason behind why you aren’t getting results in your life and why you need to integrate what you’ve learned before you go out and teach it to others.

I also want to challenge you to ask yourself the hard questions about what you share with your audience and why, so you can gauge whether you are coming from a place of pure intentionality and integrity or if you’re just trying to prove your worth.

“When you're trying to prove something, you're not in authenticity, you're not in your power, you're not in your goddess-like confidence itself, because you're trying to prove you're worthy, you're trying to prove you're knowledgeable versus just that inner knowing, which is really where the goddess energy comes from.” - Carissa Johnsen
