Today on the podcast former Aussie rugby sevens superstar Alicia Lucas joins me for a chat.
Alicia made her debut for Australia in 2013 and went on to play 10-years at the top level. Alicia won gold at the 2016 Olympic Games with the Aussie 7s Women’s Team. Prior to playing rugby 7s, Alicia represented Australia in Touch Footy! Now retired from rugby, Alicia is now onto the next part of her life, which involves being a mum to two young girls Matilda and Daisy (who features on the episode).
