It’s 7:00 pm and the time is ticking down until I can put the girls in bed. I’m exhausted and there is still so much to do. I’ve had a truly long day and everything in me needs a break-body, mind, heart, and soul.  However, I can’t stop. Micaela needs her meds and her cares done. Adela has a thousand things to share. The sink is heaped with dishes and the buzzer just went off alerting me that I need to switch laundry loads and pair up socks. The pressure builds and my feet take me to the pantry where I reach my hands into a bag of trail mix.
