In this episode, Brandon and Tom are joined by Jacob Perez. Jacob is a Partner and Mortgage Agent at Synergy Mortgage Group from Hamilton, Ontario, who's always had a passion for real estate investing. After buying his first properties at 23 years old, he has now amassed over 100 units in the past 12 years in Canada & the US. In 2018, Jacob got his mortgage license and began helping others grow their real estate portfolios. Jacob's business is predominantly B2C, and is unique in that he doesn't rely on referral partners like Realtors, as well as working with investors in the commercial space.
