Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over proverb 7. I will then key in on verse 4 - Say top wisdom, "You are my sister," And call understanding your nearest kin. Friends, God wants each of us to have wisdom. Do all you can to acquire wisdom (hint - you get wisdom by reading the Bible on a regular basis). On today's podcast we will continue our study of the Gospel, according to Luke. Prior to beginning today's lesson, I will review the three points I brought up on yesterday's lesson (Episode #852 - If you did not get a chance to tune in to that podcast, I invite you to do so). We will then begin today's lesson. We will go over verses 20-27 of Chapter 17. By the end of today's lesson there are three things I ask that you consider:
1. The Kingdom of God is within you.
2. When the Lord returns, He will come quickly and obviously.
3. People paid little attention to God and faced judgement as a result.
Scriptures referenced on today's podcast:
Proverb 7:4; Luke 17:20-27; Matthew 9:15; Mark 8:31; Mark 9:31
Call to Action - How are you feeling about your relationship with God? Do you have wisdom? Are you reading scripture (the Bible) on a regular basis? Have you received Jesus as your Lord and Saviour?
