#86 – Beware of Boredom

When we are porn and sex addicts, boredom is not our friend. It provides a dangerous lid over our emotions that separates us from them. The result is a rudderless existence where we don't know how we feel and where repressed emotion is expressed in the form of problematic sexual behavior. 

We must see boredom for the threat it presents and work to eradicate it. But how do we do this?
