Today, let’sdive into a topic that I really believe is the core of the work I’ve personally done on myself, with my coaches and the work I do with my clients.
This topic of Pain and suffering
I’m going to talk about it in terms of physical pain and emotional pain because apply to this way that I’m going to share today about pain verses suffering.
Pain is part of our HUMAN Experience – I want to say that again - Pain is part of our HUMAN Experience
That’s the 1st thing I really want you to hear, understand and not necessarily accept it.
Though consider the idea of allowing it as part of the 50/50 experience of your life experience.
As you know I talk about our life as 50% amazing and 50 % terrible.
Our creator didn’t come to us and say – Hey it’s going to be amazing all the time – you In? No he said some great sometimes not so much – you in?
It doesn’t even always have to be yours.
Sometimes the 50/50 is someone else’s and we’re just affected by it.
For example, things we hear on the news may make you happy or sad and not really have anything to do with you. Because of how you’re thinking about it.
As you know it’s your thinking that creates your happiness and your sadness.
