At 41, Angie found herself doing everything right: strength training, eating well, and staying consistent year after year. But she was still struggling with energy, strength, and muscle mass. 

In this episode of The Confident Bombshells Podcast, she opens up about her decision to start HRT after discovering low progesterone and testosterone levels. 

It wasn’t an easy choice to start and it's even been hard to stick with it, but Angie shares why it has been worth it for her long-term health and vitality. She reminds us that HRT isn’t a shortcut, but a supportive tool after your foundations are strong.
