Sara Levite, MS, LCPC is a licensed psychotherapist and wellness coach who has been in private practice for over 30 years. She works with individuals, couples and groups committed to helping clients experience more meaningful, satisfying lives. Whether they come to her with issues of depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, addictions or stress management, she strives to help them feel heard without judgment, supported without minimizing and guided with real-life tools to use when they are not in her office. In addition to her private practice work, she has been a social worker and Guardian Ad Litem in Massachusetts, has worked as a counselor for the Department of Corrections in Maine and has extensive experience leading workshops in Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida. On a personal note, Sara has been sugar and flour free for 31 years and is in excellent health as a result!
