Episode 88. I used to resent time and feel angry that there wasn’t enough. I felt betrayed, unsupported, depleted and exhausted. I used to attached my pride in my to do lists and how much I accomplished in a day only to wake up at square one the next day. I was angry. I was angry that the days weren’t longer and that I didn’t feel more supported and at ease with the amount of time that was in the day, until I realized that time never changed. Time always shows up exactly the same way every single day and every single moment. Time isn’t what needed to change, I did.
In this episode I share how I made a shift in my relationship with time to feel more ease, less stress, more joy and happiness and that it hasn’t affected my to do list at all.
