Our spiritual journies can be both exhilarating and painful. In fact, both of these things are absolutely norman and necessary! However, there are some common pitfalls on the path that we must watch out for. These pitfalls can actually hinder our spiritual growth and keep us feeling stuck, detached, and purposeless. 

Sometimes we can have problems manifesting what we came here to fulfill and that alone can be frustrating!
