The holidays were different this year. We found ourselves between enjoying family traditions and creating new memories without the family members who have recently passed away.
This space was a huge reminder that nothing is permanent and generates urgency in me, to pour myself into creating the life I want, setting intentions one day at a time.
We put things off thinking, they will come at some point or that we will get to them. But life sometimes has a funny way of kicking us in the butt and changing our plans. This is your life and today is your day, go do the thing!
