Today she shares all about shaping infant sleep- commonly referred to as “sleep training”. However, she prefers to teach sleep learning. She explains how after setting the foundation in the early months, you can move forward in a developmentally appropriate way that aligns to support everyone’s unique sleep needs. She provides simple tips on establishing a solid sleep foundation, understanding sleep associations, and recognizing individual baby cues.
