For this month we are focusing on our personal HEALTH. We are not talking colds, coughs, and fevers… we are talking with professionals and experts about vaginal, breast, and gut health. These are all things I had difficulty talking and asking about growing up. I felt these topics were too personal, uncomfortable and embarrassing to discuss. We are here to have those uncomfortable conversations to help educate you on these important topics.
