In this very special episode I am joined by Anusha and Sanjana the founders of Girls Unite for Defense, an educative resource for women to learn about defense. They share the initiative for Girls Unite for Defense. Anusha educates us on some de-escalation techniques for self defense from their curriculum and Sanjana shares some cyber safety tips for our listeners. Together we talk about the lack of education in our youth for women's defense but with our hopes that it will change.
You two are amazing! So proud!!

Welcome back to my ~glamorous~ life 1 month later!!!!
Sorry I disappeared on yall, but im back for now hehe. In this episode I talk about the latest and hottest buzz in the world of mental health and fitness, HABIT TRACKERS. A habit tracker is a list of habits you chose that you check off daily (in a calendar, journal, bullet journal, etc.) to keep yourself "accountable" and "on track". People may use them for exercise, mindfulness, self care, reading and more. For some, these work great and for others, eh not so much (im others). I discuss how habit trackers became an unhealthy obsession for me and how I am working to shift my mindset away from checking my task of the to do list mentally.
I love you so much be well xo
Welcome back to my ~glamorous~ life!!!!!!!
Happy V Day my loves! I have been preaching for the past 3 years to love yourselves and I feel like a fraud because there has been one part of my body I have consistently hated, MY VAGINA. The media, society, advertisements, etc. have taught many people that vaginas are gross, supposed to smell like flowers, taste like a rainbow, leading many to feel insecure. I bought into these many ads, products and opinions and have never felt confident since. In this episode we talk about my history with many (failed) vaginal products, yeast infections and a lot of self love.
Don't forget to give yourself extra love and care today (and everyday). Treat yourself!
xo

Hi so i have a bf!!!!!!! I find it ironic as this time last year i made an episode called single girl rock where i talked about how much i loved being single (lol). In this sappy episode i talk all about my sweet man and how we met. If you can recall, ive been single for many years and worked really hard on my independence so entering a relationship was what seemed like a 180. I talk about my struggles, how i felt both the happiest ever but also still sad, how i have adapted to having a partner for the first time in years, and much more sap.
love you j!!!
also love you bitches!!!!! see you in 2023!!!!!!!<3
