What is "A Living Character", what is the “Disney Living Character Initiative”.  As I watched “Muppet Mobile Labs” at Walt Disney World’s Epcot in late 2016, i couldn't help but ask myself exactly that?  Some quick internet searches, really didn't provide any insight...  So I did some home work, and come up with the best answer I could..  It's all in this episode of SamsDisneyDiary.
