Tuesday New York City released a first of it's kind study on the economic impact car-free streets had on businesses during the pandemic.  WCBS Reporter Marla Diamond was in Chinatown where officials highlighted the benefits.  

An annual report from New York Comptroller Tom DiNapoli says WALL Street profits are down...sharply.  And, that could result in a big hit to the New York City and New York State budgets.  Greg David at the TheCity.nyc has more.
