New York and New Jersey lawmakers are fighting over speed cameras.  A bill in Trenton would stop New Jersey from sharing the information of New Jersey drivers who are nabbed by New York's cameras. New York is threatening to retaliate by charging New Jersey drivers a 50-dollar "non-cooperation fee" to drive into Manhattan.
