Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 19. I will then key in on verse 8 - He who gets wisdom loves his own soul; He who keeps understanding will find good. Friends, our soul is very important to God - as is acquiring wisdom. If we stay in the Word of God (the Bible) on a regular basis, we will acquire wisdom. On today's podcast I will go over a passage of scripture that should encourage you moving forward into the weekend. The three things I will focus on are found in the title of this message. By the end of this lesson these are the three things I ask that you consider:

1. We should rejoice always.

2. We should pray without ceasing (we are thinking all the time - either worrying, being anxious, or, hopefully in prayer to God).

3. In everything we should give thanks (not FOR everything, but in anything). There are so many things that we should be thankful for. Let's live our lives with "an attitude of gratitude." - giving thanks to God for all He has done in our lives!
